• Turkey Chili

    That is not a picture of barf, I swear.

    It’s officially fall and even though it doesn’t feel like it here in the seventh ring of hell… er… Kansas, I’m going to ignore the 90 degree day and make some gosh darn chili!

    Get ya some ground turkey and chop up an onion. Put those in your pot together and sprinkle in some mixture of cumin, chili powder, chipotle powder, garlic, and salt.

    THEN when that’s all sizzly and delicious smelling, throw in some kidney, pinto, and tri-blend beans.

    Depending on how chunky or juicy you like your noms, add in some stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and I like to throw in some petite cut maters just cause I like em.

    By the real secret to this recipe is the finishing touches. Hot pepper cheese and jalapeño tobacco sauce.
